The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone and company, service interest, optional budget range, project description, and privacy acknowledgement. We use these details to review and respond to your request.
Storage and notifications
Enquiries are stored in the application database. If notification delivery is enabled, a configured email provider sends a minimal receipt reference to the business operator. Enquiry text is not included in those notifications by default. Access is limited to authorised operators.
Operational protection
Short-lived, keyed hashes of network addresses are used to rate limit submissions. Operational logs record request identifiers, status, and timing without enquiry content.
Retention and requests
The business must approve retention periods, deletion procedures, backup handling, provider disclosures, and a privacy contact before launch. No contact details are invented in this draft. Do not send sensitive personal, medical, or payment information through this form.
Analytics
Nonessential analytics is not enabled by this implementation. Any future tracking requires an appropriate consent approach and an updated notice.
