Deleting your data

   You can ask BaseWeb Technologies to delete personal information we hold about you. This includes enquiry details submitted through this website and information we receive when you contact us or connect with us through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or other Meta products.

   To make a request, email us using the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your name, the email address or phone number you used, and, where relevant, the Facebook or Instagram account you used to contact us. Do not send passwords or payment details.

   We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you before acting on it. Once confirmed, we delete or anonymise the requested information from our active systems within 30 days and reply to confirm.

   We may keep limited information where the law requires it or where it is needed to resolve a dispute, and we will tell you if this applies.

   You can also remove BaseWeb’s access to your Facebook account at any time from your Facebook settings, under Apps and websites or Business integrations. Removing access stops new information being shared; email us as described above to delete information we already hold.
